There are always five Trustees as provided for in the will of R E Ross.
The Trustees are drawn from diverse backgrounds and experience including business, community service, company directorship, conservation of the environment, education, farming, law, local government and as Board members of various government agencies.

Chief Executive Officer: Austin Paterson Austin joins the Trust from his position as Executive Officer of G21 Health and Wellbeing Pillar, where he worked to develop and foster partnerships amongst primary health care, health promotion and community development organisations operating across five Local Government Areas in Geelong. Prior to joining G21, Austin held senior management and chief executive positions at aged and community care agencies, Karingal Inc, Kalkee Community, Strathdon Community and Bellarine Peninusla Community Health Service, in both Melbourne and the Barwon South West region. Key achievements led by Austin in these positions include the establishment of a Community Partnership Initiative for people living in aged care at Strathdon Community; the establishment of a new aged care community in Marshall, Geelong and the harmonious amalgamation of all Community Health Services on the Bellarine Peninsula. |

Grants and Administration Manager: Margarita Sagris BA (Youth Affairs) RMIT University. Extensive experience in youth work, the charitable trusts sector and administration. Personal involvement in a number of not-for-profit organisations. |

Programs Manager: Rebekah Lautman BSW University of Melbourne, BA&Sc Economics (cum laude) University of Massachusetts. Experience in program management and policy development in mental health and alcohol & drugs services for the Victorian State Government. Extensive practice as a mental health clinician and manager in young people's and adult mental health services. Ongoing volunteer involvement in a range of community activities. |

Grants, Administration and Executive Assistant: Dina Vlanes Extensive experience in Administration and Accounts in Customer Service and Advice, in Data Base maintenance and as a Receptionist. Experience in a variety of organisations in the public and private sectors. |

Grants and Programs Officer: Lara Hook BA Communications (Social Inquiry) and BA International Studies, University of Technology, Sydney. Experience developing communications, advocacy strategies and projects in the areas of: capacity-building; workers' rights and safety; human rights and media development for journalists and their organisations in the Asia-Pacific region. |

Finance Officer: Paul Read Extensive financial management and risk management experience in the private and public sectors. Public sector experience includes roles in health care, tertiary education and the Arts. |
