	Application Form There is no standard general application form. However, the Guidelines set out headings which you can use as a guide to the information you should include in your application. You will need to provide some financial information, as set out in the Guidelines, and some of this information is to be included in a form appended to the Guidelines. Closing dates There are no closing dates for the submission of applications. Please read the Guidelines for information on the timing of grant decisions by the Trustees.
