The Ross Trust requires all organisations in receipt of a grant to submit a final report detailing your expenditure and outcomes, within two months of completion of the grant.

If your organisation is in receipt of a multi-year grant, the Ross Trust requires the submission of regular progress reports within 12 months of each grant payment.

Please note that if your organisation is in receipt of a multi-year grant and require a grant instalment, you will need to provide the Ross Trust with a Tax Invoice along with your progress report. Steps on how to prepare a tax invoice specific to your grant were provided in the letter first advising organisations of their success in achieving a grant from the Ross Trust.

The Ross Trust requires reports be submitted using the Ross Trust Progress or Final Report Template, which can be downloaded from this page. The template has been designed to impose minimum demands on the reporting organisation but to provide useful information both to the Trust and to the organisation.
